About the event
We are delighted to be hosting Xanthe Gladstone at Layla in May in partnership with Wildfarmed. Xanthe is an organic grower, chef and sustainable food advocate who will be taking over the kitchen for two nights. Xanthe's menu celebrates the new season's produce, grown in her garden in Wales.
